Okay there’s one week to go..

Basically i want to do the outmost MOST ut of my training now to get that little extra, so i decided to try do a run tomorrow morning, to the shop, to by something i need that i don’t remember what it is right now, GREEN TEA!!! and also take a run back before breakfast.

So that is running down to a peg.

I will also remove all the carbohydrates from my dinner which previously was okay by then. to only get my protein, fats and all the nutrients from the dinner.

My lunch smoothie is something I’m pondering on wither to do or not to do, since after the operation my main focus will be work, i should be able to get a decent salad with protein in it and still feel filled for lunch when i get back to work.

Breakfast is still my mackerel double sandwich with whole grain bread and green Tea. just going to do a run before the breakfast to counter the carbohydrates of the breakfast

Trying this a week to see if i could sort of do some last week rapid burn of fat by eating even healthier and exercising the same, but adding actual Cardio and not just strolls.

54th day end

Nervousness is surely hitting on the days, with only a week to go I’m getting antsy and anticipation is killing me, I wonder how training will be without the nuss bar.

Today’s leg and arm day at the gym went terrific, even doing the 8 repetitions went well, albeit pretty tough to push through. Which is good for me, the feeling of meeting lots of resistance and managing to complete my training anyway is great.

I’m also figuring out what to do after the surgery with all this blogging and training, what sort of schedule i can muster up since i need to get back to work and such.. 🙂

one week until surgery

I had to go take 2 blood tests, and the nurse said that i shouldn’t lift anything heavy today. kinda killed my planning a but. But I’m thinking i should be able to do the late shift gym session, its legs and arms. its 09:30 atm and the gym closes at 8 pm, so i have almost half a day to heal because i really want to do all i can before the surgery. 🙂

Day 53 end

Has it been this long? geez i checked the calendar and noticed that its only 8 days until surgery, scary stuff but it’s good. Swimming went amazing today, i noticed ow much stronger i have gotten in this short time, had to deal with some muscle strains from yesterdays gym session, but i upped myself to 8 repetitions from 6 so its not exactly rocket science to figure out why. 🙂

Day 52 end

Today i rocked the gym! i did all my exercises at 8 repetitions instead of 6, it was quite heavy and straining on one or two exercises with my Nuss bar straining, but it felt great being able to push myself that much. I was so stressed getting home i barely had time to eat dinner before rehearsal, so now i made myself 2 double sandwiches with Swedish caviar, first time eating either of em in months, this is my spoiling myself for being a good sport at the gym, sour dough bread and caviar. 😉

New week update

New week starting and I am tired, didn’t get a lot of sleep lately, nothing unusual, I took an update picture but I don’t see any particular difference again, annoying, but I need to keep going, I need to be able to see a result.
Surgery is getting closer and closer, I want this to happen more than ever so I can get back to living regularly again, which will be weird.

Day 51 end

Legday today!
It went great, apart from the lack of sleep due to neighbors last night, i got up at half past 9 and did my breakfast, relaxed a bit to calm my senses, went and bought a no calorie Monster energy drink, which was great! 😀

And went to the gym, not a lot of people there as i was pretty early and it was a Sunday, so i killed it in good time without any stress. I pushed the leg day to new levels doing 8 repetitions in everything instead of 6, and it felt great!

The only thing bugging me is i get these sharp stings in my left NUSS bar scarring which hurts a bit temporarily, or one night it hurt enough to disturb my entire evening, but alas there’s just a little more than 2 weeks to go until its operation time and i can’t stand the waiting. 🙂

Day 50 end, weekend

Today’s gym session went amazing, i pushed 8 repetitions on upper back and bench press and from now i raised bench press with 1o pounds, and it felt great, i reduced my stomach exercise and removed the extra 100 sit ups, for some reason they seem to strain more and more lately. At the time of writing my Nuss bar, left scar side is hurting like hell, I don’t know what’s the cause of it, wither its the nerves or the bar that’s hurting but it feels pretty bad, only about 2 weeks until the removal though, it’s getting unbearably close.

Day 49 end

Today was a pissy day on my personal end but swimming and strolling went great, even pushed on swimming, “harder” than usual on a few laps, and now my arms are a bit strained. So my nighttime snack consisted of a nice whole grain double sandwich with mackerel and a protein shake. My doctor i was seeing today gave me some crap first about needing to eat more, when i told her i eat more than twice what my dad does who eats normally she said i should work out less.. always something wrong isn’t it?
Tomorrow is another above waist gym day and I’m going to PUMP!! 😀

day 48 end

Today’s gym session went off without a hitch, i even added 100 back extensions and right now I’m looking forward to tomorrow to see if it strained my back enough to bother my back exercises on Friday, if not, then I’m all game in doing lower back on all gym days and I will kick this back ache once for all. I did realize that my back hurt when walking to the gym, but not on my way home after training, which was weird, like walking on nails waiting for something to happen. I will keep up the struggle though, i looked in the mirror yesterday and actually noticed a bit of a difference on my stomach. 😀
